Hi I’m Ellie Scarborough Brett, and I run this place!

My passion is people. I help them discover their unique strengths, the power of their voice and their ability to create change within the world (and themselves). I believe NO ONE is more poised to do this than a woman with an iPhone and a mission.

I created Media Bombshell with a simple philosophy: People who market their businesses with purposeful on-camera messaging, have more fun, make more money and grow bigger empires than their competitors. How do I know? I’ve done it myself.

After working as an NBC reporter for 7 years, I quit my job to found my dream business, Pink Kisses: a Website dedicated to helping women overcome heartbreak, stronger and faster than ever before. I used my skills as a journalist to identify the unique story within my business idea, packaged it into core soundbites and began consistently releasing online video content. I also recognized the power of media interviews.

Within only ONE month of launching, I appeared as a guest on the TODAY Show. And before the year’s end, I attracted coverage in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, SHAPE Magazine, Cosmo radio and more. Now, I’m lending my expertise to help others unleash their inner bombshells, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! When I’m not busy creating bombshells, you can find me indulging in pure laughter, idiosyncratic scholarship (an advanced form of people-watching) and a personal quest to make the handwritten letter vogue again!
